On some sites, you may encounter the Blank TOS pop-up window syndrome on Virtuemart "Registration Form." Here's one way to solve it.

  1. Go to /yourdomain/public_html/administrator/components/
    com_virtuemart/classes/ps_userfield.php
  2. Go to Line 314
  3. Remove the '2' in this part (in blue) >
    4. '/index2.php?option=com_virtuemart&page=shop.tos&pop=1\\\'
  4. To this >
    5. '/index.php?option=com_virtuemart&page=shop.tos&pop=1\\\'
  5. Save & Refresh

It should pop-up properly now!
